We offer a variety of delivery options

Various delivery and pickup options are available for your order. Depending on the product, delivery location, and desired service, you can choose between curbside delivery, delivery to the point of use, or delivery that includes installation.

Curbside Delivery

With curbside delivery, the goods are unloaded at the delivery location and handed over to you there. The customer is responsible for transporting the goods into the building and carrying them to the desired rooms.

This delivery method is particularly suitable when there are enough people on site to help or when the furniture can be easily transported on your own.

Delivery to a specific floor without installation

With floor-level delivery, the transport team brings the goods to the desired location within the building. Stairs and elevators are taken into account during this process.

The furniture will remain in its packaging. Assembly, installation, or disposal services are not included with this delivery option.

This option is ideal for heavy or bulky furniture when no assembly is required.

Delivery and Installation

With delivery and assembly, the furniture is brought to the desired location, unpacked, and professionally assembled. The packaging materials are then taken away. This delivery option offers maximum convenience and is particularly well-suited for complex workstations, conference tables, or larger furnishings.

Pick up in person

Alternatively, you can pick up your order for free at our location in Regensdorf.

The goods will be made available at the loading dock. The customer is responsible for loading the vehicle and securing the cargo. Warehouse staff cannot assist with loading.

As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we'll notify you by email and/or text message.

Special circumstances at the delivery location

To ensure that your delivery goes smoothly, we ask that you inform us well in advance of any special circumstances at the delivery location. The sooner we are informed of such circumstances, the better we can plan the delivery and ensure that everything goes smoothly.
